FAQ

How do I place an order?+

Browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed through checkout. You can checkout as a guest or create an account to save your cart and track orders.

Do you offer custom clothing?+

Yes. We carry custom T-shirts and hoodies where you can add your own design, plus default Servon apparel with your team number in a VEX-style license plate layout.

What are your shipping rates?+

Shipping depends on your region (West Coast, East Coast, or Central US), the speed you choose at checkout (economy is 3–5 business days; 3-day or fastest where available), and order weight. Light items under about 1 lb use the base rate; heavier carts cost more, and the Robot Box adds a large weight surcharge.

Can I track my order?+

If you checked out with an account, view order history under Account → Orders. Guest orders receive a confirmation email with order details after purchase.

Are your materials legal for V5RC competition?+

Some materials — including our Acetal Copolymer Sheet — include V5RC rule notes on the product page. Always verify current game manual rules before building.

Can I request a product you don't sell yet?+

Yes. Use the Request a product form on the Contact & Support page (or the Contact Us page) and tell us what you'd like us to stock.

How do I contact you for team or bulk orders?+

Email us at maxwudc@gmail.com with your team name, items needed, and quantities. We're the official supplier for Steamoji-Elevate Robotics and happy to help other teams too.

Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom apparel may require additional production time.

Rates & delivery

Shipping is based on your shipping address and the items in your order. Regional US rates apply, with higher rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations. Large items may include a handling surcharge.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email if a tracking number is available for your shipment.

Returns & Refunds

Standard items

Unused materials and tools in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Contact us before sending anything back.

Custom clothing

Custom-printed apparel is made to order and generally cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email maxwudc@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and photos. We'll make it right.

Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect information you provide at checkout — name, email, shipping address, and payment details processed securely through Stripe. Account holders also store login credentials.

How we use it

Your information is used to fulfill orders, send confirmations, provide support, and improve our store. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data security

Payment information is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers. We use industry-standard practices to protect account and order data.

Servon Robotics (TalentLink LLC) is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
