Acetal Copolymer Sheet

This sheet is 0.0625 inches thick and 30 cm × 60 cm. Legal for use on V5RC competition robots: Rule R25 permits 12 pieces per robot with a maximum size of 4"x8"x.070" per piece. If using larger sheets, pieces must be cut to legal sizes.

*Compatibility with your laser cutter may vary. Before laser cutting, consult with your machine's manufacturer to determine if Acetal Copolymer (also know as Delrin, POM, or polyoxymethylene) is a suitable material and to ensure that all necessary safety precautions such as adequate ventilation are in place. Laser cutting any plastics including Acetal releases harmful gases that must be vented properly.
